Victor Harper Fashion Show Recap

We hope you were able to join us at Stardust last night for our Victor Harper Fashion Show, but if you missed it, we give you a brief recap. The beautifully styled event featured the line’s stunning spring 2013 bridal gown collection, and we were honored with a special appearance by Victor Harper’s famed designer Kenneth Pool! A true icon in the bridal industry, Mr. Pool has created bridal gowns for renowned brands such as Vera Wang, Amsale and the Platinum Collection for Priscilla of Boston. Humble despite his incredible talent, Mr. Pool was truly a delight, happily posing for photos with our many guests.

The gowns themselves were simply gorgeous! Inspired by the musings of feminine sophistication, elegance and sensuality, the collection weaves together glamour, refinement and drama in perfect silhouettes to mold and flatter the body. The Victor Harper Collection offers bridal gowns in an assortment of exclusive fabrics. Each style is embellished with beading and embroidery patterns that are hand drawn by the designer and crafted in an array of Austrian crystals, pears and trims unique to the Victor Harper Collection.

Our talented friends from F8 Studio were on hand to capture the evening, and we will share their lovely photos with you very soon! Some of our favorite features and trends highlighted on several of the gowns: asymmetry, color, mixed fabrics, jacquard fabrics, pockets, details on the train, bejeweled buttons down the back, cotton fabrics and laser-cut details!
