We had a blast working with Caryn and Colt last year for their Oklahoma City destination wedding. The bride chose a whimsical color palette of shades of purple punctuated with OSU orange. This wedding actually received the distinction of being our wedding with the Best Incorporation of School Spirit in our look back at our 2013 weddings. Take Me Out to the Ballgame...and Propose!

We stumbled upon this little gem that we just HAD to share in honor of Major League Baseball's Opening Day this past Monday. We've all seen those jumbotron proposals at sporting events. It turns out that it's not just luck that gets the happy couple on the giant video screen during the big ask. It takes planning, as well as a little bit of green. Many of the parks offer packages at varying levels (from bare bones up to scoreboard coverage) and some ballparks do not allow proposals at all. Color Splash: Rose Gold

So we started seeing Rose Gold jewelry make a comeback last year, and we knew it was only a matter of time until it started seeping into weddings. The lovely hue has definitely made its mark on weddings over the past several months and all we can say is “WOW!” Radiant, like the sky at sunset, Rose Gold is soft, feminine and romantic – and we absolutely love it!
