The Cake Pull or Ribbon Pull is a sweet little ceremony you can do during your wedding reception right after your cake cutting or at your bridesmaid luncheon. While this tradition has its roots in Victorian England, Southern brides have claimed it as their own!

If you have never seen this, here is how it works: The charms – one for each bridesmaid – are tied to long satin ribbons.
